MPT Services

STOP provides various closures and flagging operations on lanes and shoulders of local roadways and state highways. All services listed below are conducted in accordance with current MUTCD standards and guidlines at the minimum. In addition STOP complies with all agency standards such as NJDOT traffic control  guidelines, NJTA traffic control plans, NYDOT traffic control plans and PennDOT traffic control standards.
